We welcome ALL, from absolute beginners to well-practiced yogis, yoga teachers and trainees and fitness fanatics to those who prefer more spirituality, gentle and slow.
With a wider variety of class styles across the week, you can choose what you need, whether that’s strength and sweat, breath and balance, or deep rest and reset.

Wellness matters for everyone — whether it’s your children developing socially, emotionally and physically or you finding connection and support among fellow parents.
A little about me — my name is Emma, and I come from a childcare background, having previously run my own home daycare. I'm excited to now be starting up playgroups for local parents and caregivers, creating a welcoming space where both you and your little ones can connect.
